What we collect, and what we do with it.

The short version

If you fill in our walkthrough form, we get what you typed and we use it to talk to you about Kairon. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a marketing list. If you want it deleted, email us and we will delete it.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit the walkthrough form we receive your name, company, email address, and whatever you tell us about your business. If you email us directly we have that email.

Information collected automatically. This site collects standard analytics about visits, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and device and browser type. We do not run advertising pixels or third-party ad trackers on this site.

What we do with it

We use what you submit to respond to you, to prepare for a conversation, and to keep a record of that conversation. That is it. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use ordinary business tools to run the company, including email and document storage, and your information passes through those services in the normal course of doing business. Those providers process it on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records while there is a reasonable prospect of doing business together, and for a period afterwards for our own business records. If you ask us to delete your information we will do so, except where we are required to retain something.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email kairon@oathserv.com and we will handle it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under your local privacy law, and we will honour those.

You can refuse or clear cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work.

Children

This is a business-to-business website. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
